Warranty
BMT provides a comprehensive warranty system for the customers.
- The warranty period begins on the date of products shipped to Customers. If Customers promptly notify BMT of Customer’s Warranty Claim hereunder, BMT will adjust, repair or replace (with new or exchanged replacement parts) the BMT’s products. In addition, BMT will still provide a warranty for the repaired parts.
- The warranty extension policy allows our customer to extend the standard warranty for an additional period, it shall be purchased in conjunction with the main units of Products initially from BMT. Extended warranty begins on the date the standard warranty expires.
- BMT will provide spare parts and support for the products for not less than 5 years from BMT’s delivery to distributor.
Training
BMT provide a professional, flexible, comprehensive training system for our customer.
- Headquarters Training, get a chance to first-hand information of our product in the Headquarter.
- Subsidiary Company Training, visit the nearest subsidiary company for training at their convenience.
